Hello, I am a Realtor in the Greater Toronto Area. I place a great emphasis on the fully-developed and persistent service that I provide for my clients. I was originally an HVAC contractor in my twenties, and developed an interest in real estate through renovating and building custom homes.I eventually became a Realtor, and fell in love with the job. I have been thriving as a sales agent in Toronto due to my extensive knowledge of the industry, and people-first approach has allowed me to serve a great number of clients over the course of my career.
I like people and I like helping people, it’s easy for me to meet someone new and get along with them immediately. I enjoy it every time.I meet a lot of different people through my work, many of whom have become good friends. My group is loyal,I get a very high number of referrals. People come back to me and Copyright Top Agent Magazine recommend me to their friends because I am warm, fun to be around, and clearly love what I do. , and I am well aware of this, marking it up as my strongest element as a Realtor.I am a true real estate Renaissance man. I do it all, and my thorough understanding of the moving parts of real estate transactions allows me to do more for my clients than the standard transaction would require. My clients always leave my services satisfied, knowing that all of their bases were covered, and they keep coming back because they know that I have more experience than the competition.
I earn the trust of my clients by being incredibly knowledgeable and putting my clients’ best interests first when I conduct their business. I love my work and dedicate a great deal of time to it. It must be said, though, that I never forget to make time for my wife and my niece and nephew, who I love dearly. I enjoy going fishing as well.
